Founded in 2016 by our Founder, Mr. Teo Kai Chuan, under the name of Messrs K.C. Teo & Co. With the admission of new partner, the firm’s name was later changed to Messrs Teo & Lee in the year of 2017.
Our firm is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which aims to provide our clients with efficient and high quality legal services to all variety of clients ranging from developers, financial institution, small medium enterprises and entrepreneurs. We support our clients in resolving conflicts, safeguarding their futures and maximizing opportunities.
Our firm pride ourselves with thinking out of the box to deliver practical solutions to our clients. For when they think of a legal solution, they think of Teo & Lee.

Teo Kai Chuan
Teo Kai Chuan Is the Founder Of Messrs Teo & Lee. He is the visionary force behind Teo & Lee’s good reputation. He graduated from Oxford Brookes University in UK and obtained Masters in International Business Law from University of Manchester, UK.
